The maintenance of our facilities is very important to us. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please call 503-223-3171 immediately for Clackamas River Plaza or Commerce Plaza or submit a work order through the Norris and Stevens portal. For all other buildings, please call 503-232-4000.
For non-emergencies, Clackamas River Plaza and Commerce Plaza tenants please submit a work order through the Norris and Stevens portal, and not on this website. For other buildings, click the button below.
